Trysofic
Projects

Kwanele runs Trysofic Projects from a workshop on Vundla Street in Jabavu, Soweto: couch reupholstery, leather repair, foam, dining chairs, headboards and restaurant seating, collected and delivered across Gauteng. His Google profile had 304 reviews at 4.9 stars. His old website advertised a general builder, and his Google profile didn't even link to it.

The Challenge

You buy upholstery on trust and on photos. If you've got a tired lounge suite in Sandton, you want to see a couch like theirs before and after, get a rough price, and know how long you'll be without it. Kwanele had the proof, 383 job photos and hundreds of happy customers, but none of it was on his website, and the site he'd got talked about roofing and plumbing.

What I Built

I rebuilt the site around his own work and his customers' words, with a page for every service and every area he covers, and a price conversation that starts on WhatsApp.

Before-and-after sliders made from his own job photos: drag the handle and the old couch turns into the new one
10 service pages, from couch reupholstery to Chesterfields, restaurant seating and foam replacement
20 area pages, from Soweto and Florida to Sandton, Pretoria and Springs
7 advice articles, including a turnaround guide built from what 18 customers wrote in their Google reviews
A quote form that opens WhatsApp with the details filled in, so nothing waits in an inbox
A content editor Kwanele uses himself, with the domain, hosting and code in his own accounts
