Refund &
Cancellation

1. Before Kickoff — Full Refund

Applies to every package: Website, Website + AI Chatbot, and the Holistic System. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your build kicks off. No questions asked, and no administrative fee. "Kickoff" is the scheduled session at which build work begins. We never start without arranging it with you, so you decide when this window closes. A full refund means every cent you have paid us, returned in full. The only deduction is for third-party costs already committed at your request — a domain registered in your name, for example — and we will always tell you before incurring one.

2. After Kickoff — Setup Fee

Once your build has kicked off, the setup fee is no longer refundable. It pays for the design, development, and configuration work already performed on your project. This does not apply if we materially fail to deliver what was agreed. In that case the warranty in Section 7.2 of our Terms of Service applies, and we will make it right or refund the affected work. Third-party costs committed on your behalf — domains, licences, stock assets, ad spend — are not refundable at any stage, as they are paid out to providers and cannot be recovered.

3. Monthly & Annual Plans

Monthly plans: after kickoff, monthly fees are billed for the active term. Cancellation requires written notice under our Terms of Service, and fees already paid are not refunded. Annual plans: your annual payment covers both the build and twelve months of service. Before kickoff it is fully refundable under Section 1. After kickoff it is not refunded pro-rata, because the build is the largest single cost and is delivered first. After the minimum term, plans continue month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. Consultations, strategy sessions, and campaign retainers booked as standalone services are non-refundable once delivered.

4. General Terms (All Services & Packages)

Refund requests must be submitted via the BoldPiq Refund Request Form below. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If a project has not kicked off within 90 days of payment because we are waiting on you, we may cancel it and refund you in full, less any third-party costs already committed on your behalf. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Chargebacks or disputes filed outside this process will result in immediate account suspension and termination of services. BoldPiq reserves the right to update this policy as new services are introduced; the version in effect at the time of purchase governs all transactions.
