BoldPiq is committed to making www.boldpiq.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Accessibility is something we keep working at rather than something we have finished.
What this statement covers
This statement applies to the website at www.boldpiq.com and its pages. It does not cover:
- Websites we have built for our clients — each has its own owner and its own statement.
- Third-party services embedded in our pages (see “Known limitations” below).
- External sites we link to.
The standard we measure against
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the guidelines most widely used internationally, and the benchmark referenced by accessibility law in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and elsewhere.
Current status: partially conformant. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts do not yet. The specific gaps we know about are listed below. We do not claim to be “fully compliant” or “certified” — there is no such certification for websites, and we would rather tell you exactly where we stand.
What we have done
- Ran a full WCAG 2.1 AA review of the site’s code and fixed every issue it found.
- Added a “skip to main content” link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Gave every form field a proper label, and linked error messages to the field they belong to.
- Made sure interactive elements show a visible focus outline when you tab to them.
- Labelled each navigation region so screen-reader users can tell them apart.
- Built in support for your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
- Checked colour contrast against WCAG AA and raised muted text until it passed.
- Added accessibility checks to our routine site audits so regressions get caught.
How we tested
Our most recent assessment was a self-evaluation carried out by the BoldPiq team on 7 August 2026. We used Claude, an AI assistant, to review the site’s code against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Its findings were then checked by our team and cross-checked against automated auditing with Google Lighthouse, and the issues it identified were fixed and re-tested. At the time of writing, the services, about and accessibility pages each score 100 out of 100 for accessibility in Lighthouse; the home page scores 97, where the outstanding item is touch-target size — one of the WCAG 2.2 criteria listed under known limitations above.
We want to be straight about what that does and does not prove: automated tools only detect a portion of accessibility problems. A perfect automated score is a floor, not a guarantee. That is why we have not claimed full conformance, and why the feedback route below matters more than the score.
Known limitations
These are the things we know are not right yet. If you hit something that is not on this list, please tell us — that is genuinely useful to us.

- South Africa: the South African Human Rights Commission, or an Equality Court under the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act.

- European Union: the accessibility enforcement body in your member state.
- United States: the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. It is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, using the assistive technology built into your operating system or browser. If you use an older browser or an unusual combination and something breaks, tell us — we would like to know.

No authority certifies a website as accessible, so treat any 'ADA certified' claim with caution, and take your own legal advice for your jurisdiction.
